In the event that you require a repair on your property and have filed a claim with RISKO, it is important to note the following:
RISKO reserves the right to inspect the damage to the property before assigning a repair professional. This inspection may include a visit to the property to assess the damage and determine the type of repair needed.

Once the inspection has been completed, RISKO will assign a qualified repair professional to perform the necessary work. However, the assignment of a repair professional is subject to availability and scheduling of said professional.
The repair professional assigned by RISKO will be responsible for completing the repair according to professional industry standards. However, RISKO is not liable for the quality of work performed by the repair professional.

 

When booking a repair service with RISKO, the repair professional assigned to perform the work will be solely liable for the quality and warranty of their work. RISKO is not responsible for any damages or defects caused by the repair professional's work.
 

The party contracting the service agrees to hold the repair professional solely responsible for any damages or defects caused by their work. The party contracting the service will not hold RISKO liable for any responsibility, claims, or damages arising from the work performed by the repair professional.

If you are not satisfied with the work performed by the repair professional, you must notify RISKO as soon as possible. RISKO will make every effort to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure your satisfaction with the repair performed.

By filing a claim with RISKO, you agree to these terms and conditions.
